To have requests added to our production schedule, assure the best development, and meet optimum deadlines, we ask that ATD creative requests are submitted a minimum 2-4 weeks prior to launch date/event whenever possible. Please complete as much detail as possible for us to fulfill your request to the best of our ability. Please use a new Form per each different promo material request.
Use the UPLOAD button at the bottom for any reference images or new art as needed. It is presumed that your request has been pre approved by your ATD Manager.
It is CRITICAL that you provide a DUE BY DATE to assure timely delivery.
